Purgatory deals with themes of self-doubt, creativity and delusions of grandeur, juxtaposing them to religious themes of purification. With help from divine producers Beachie, Metabora, Skyler, White Gloss, Ark, Mys and Bible Club, Karl Martian undergoes a limited amount of suffering to expiate his venial sins and becomes purified of the remaining effects of mortal sin.
